Society appoints Clarke president

Renowned Suva lawyer William Wylie Clarke is the new president of the Fiji Law Society.

In a press statement issued yesterday, the FLS stated Mr Clarke of Howards Lawyers was elected at its annual general meeting on Saturday.

He replaces Laurel Vaurasi, who stepped down after five years at the helm.

Wati Seeto of the Reserve Bank of Fiji was re-elected for another term as vice-president.
