The star-studded Barbarian Brothers 7s team will focus on showcasing talent at this year’s Fiji Bitter Marist 7s.

Led by Fiji 7s star Jerry Tuwai, he says the mission will be to expose some of the best players on offer in the abbreviated code.

“There are a lot of players out there who don’t have a team. The Barbarian Brothers have been formed for the sole reason of showing the talent on offer and give players opportunities,” Tuwai said.

Some prominent names will play for the team and will include Fiji 7s squad members Kameli Rasaku, Jiuta Wainiqolo, Anasa Qaranivalu, in-form Suva openside flanker Taniela Sadrugu, and former Fiji 7s players Vatemo Ravouvou and Pio Tuwai.

Meanwhile, the side received a sponsorship boost from apparel sponsors Flourishing Design Studio and apparel supplier Kombat Sportswear at the Holiday Inn in Suva today.
