2018 General Election: Man happy after voting

TEVITA Ravunailele of Sawanikula in Naitasiri was a happy man after he cast his vote at the village community hall yesterday.

The 60-year-old said this was his third time to take part in the elections.

Mr Ravunailele said this election was much easier for him because he didn’t have to maul over who to vote for.

He said he voted for someone he felt would uphold the rights of the iTaukei and the their future generation.

Mr Ravunailele said those living in the area are worried about the cost of living.

He said the price of items in supermarkets were high and was hoping that his vote would make a difference in their lives when the next government was announced.
